Terms of Use

QuickServ Signing Inc. is a nationwide signing agency. By using QuickServ Signing Inc. services, you acknowledge that you have read the Terms of Use and have accepted them. By accepting the Terms of Use you will be bound by them.

The client placing the order is responsible for payment whether or not the loan closes. All payments are due within 30 days of the completion of the signing. Each additional trip made on the same escrow account will be charged an additional trip fee. Reasons for additional trips may include, but not be limited to, such cases as corrections to documents, changes requested by borrowers, reschedules due to borrower not being home and additional documents added after the first signing.

The client and or associates will not attempt to contact any of QuickServ Signing's signing agents directly without QuickServ Signing Inc.'s knowledge and consent. The client and associates shall under no circumstance attempt to obtain the business services of a QuickServ Signing agent without written consent from QuickServ Signing Inc.

These Terms of Use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the State of California.
